”After the course was over, I went back to the reality I had to deal with
--and I felt pretty happy, calm and strong because I knew that a lot of things 
didn't matter, which is something everyone can 'know' at an intellectual 
level, but the knowing in one's heart in something else. I've done the 
contemplation practices a bit since I came back--it's still tough and full 
of disruptions, but I'll keep it up in the future.”
