Upon receipt of your application, we will confirm your application by email. Full payment needs to be settled within 7 days when reservation has been done except for the group , only 50% deposit of fees is payable within 7 days while the balance is payable two month before the booked event. Please make your cheque payable to "Xavier House" and send it to Xavier House, 27 Peak Road West, Cheung Chau Island, Hong Kong.
Notes:
1. Cancellation : Paid fees are not refundable if applicant cancels the booking , but he/she is entitled to use the paid fees to off set expenses he/she incurs in other Xavier House activities within 6 months provided that his/her request for such an arrangement is made no less than 3 weeks no matter for personal retreat or workshop before the originally booked activity takes place.
2. Foul Weather Contingency: If typhoon signal no. 8 or higher or the black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, our classes / workshops will be canceled. Classes / workshops will be held as usual if the yellow or red rainstorm signal is hoisted. Participants are encouraged to contact our office for advise on traffic and weather conditions. |
